Alternative 1: Use Double oil pan gaskets. and Special gasket between belt and Oil Pump/pickup
Alternative 2: Flat-grind the spacers and use gasket adhesive between block/belt/pump.
NOTE
Be very careful to measure so the spacers line up with the Deck surface of the block!!!
